1.我使用MR(put方式)建二级索引表，但是Job运行时间很长，最后直接reduce直接卡在reduce 99%，查看reduce task，发现写入不进去了，使用jstack -gcutil 查看YARNCHILD没有full gc,查看HRegionServer(Xms4G)一直full gc，请问你有什么好的建议吗？
2.有一RS的日志总是输出：INFO org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionser.HRegionServer:SCanner 51877 lease expired on region tablename,145377609333.44a5b5020f...,请问怎么解决或者好的建议？
