 Review comment:
   Thanks for catching this. So earlier usage was throwing exception which `runSqlSilently` was consuming and hence during debugging I got an impression that second request was sent before first one is completed. But as you mentioned the listener in `run` is waiting for completion to create summary and hence its not async. Updated to use `alterSession` correctly.
