### Steps to Reproduce
1.打开jsfiddle链接查看折线图，间隔未生效
### Current Behavior
1.在4.x版本无任何问题，但5.x版本x轴type为time时，interval无法生效
2.我的数据第一个时间为2023-01-09 00:00:00 ,但x轴默认显示9点开始，应该是从0点开始
### Expected Behavior
1.当x轴type为time时，起始时间按数据显示
2.当x轴type为time时，能够按分钟、小时、天强制间隔x轴

1. Open the jsfiddle link to view the line chart, but the interval does not take effect.
### Current Behavior
1. There is no problem in version 4.x, but in version 5.x, when the x-axis type is time, interval cannot take effect.
2. The first time of my data is 2023-01-09 00:00:00, but the x-axis shows starting at 9 o'clock by default, which should start at 0 o'clock
### Expected Behavior
1. When the x-axis type is time, the starting time is displayed according to the data

_interval_ is not supported for axis type 'time', see #19381, #18952, etc.
