New documents created in Word 2010 (.docx) appear in document list with AOO
symbol and open as such (AOO), even though the type says Word.  Recently
updated to AOO 4.0

I think you simply did a normal installation instead of a custom installation,
and during normal installation AOO will be registered as default program for
MSO documents, because this seems in accordance to most users' needs. In WIN
System Administration do "Modify", there you will be asked whether you want to
use AOO for MSO documents.

Please feel free to reopen this Bug if discussion with other users leaded to an
assessment that we have an AOO bug with a current AOO Version and a clear and
comprehensible description of the problem due to above mentioned guidelines.
