Migration of the db-jdo-site using GitHub Actions and .asf.yaml features.
Slow progress on release of JDO 3.2.
Election of Tobias Bouschen to committer.

AI Michael remove obsolete branches "test" and "staging"
The web site db.apache.org/jdo <http://db.apache.org/jdo> seems to have some caching issues. There are three versions of the glossary page:
