I have added a flag --add-version-header to the make_site.sh and make_docs.sh under docs/support/scripts and added some conditionals in the template under docs/support/jekyll-templates. You can see the changes [here|https://github.com/Izueh/kudu/], should I make a pull request? Also not sure about the style and positioning of it. Please give feedback.
