additional spec changes

FYI,

Over the next couple days I plan on updating the trunk to better  
align with the SCA spec. Specifically:

1. Support a new annotation @EagerInit and removal of the "eager"  
attribute on @Init. This change was recently adopted by the Java  
working group as @EagerInit avoids having to specify an initializer  
method and can be placed on a constructor

2. Wiring changes to support proxy generation for multiple services

3. Scope lifecycle changes to support init/destroy semantics for  
stateless implementations.
