[FlexJS]ColorUtil

Next one:

Any reason to not just copy ColorUtil.as from the mx utils package? Where should it go?

Alex, I know you mentioned that you were working on some of these as part of your spark port. But this (and other utils) are useful for general cases.

Some of these contain functionality that bleeds in lots of classes from
the main Flex SDK, so be careful before you copy.  I don't have time to
look at ColorUtil right now, but I would make sure anything it does is CSS
compliant.
