I have been running a server w/1.2b1, and just
grabbed 1.2b4. Compiled with the same options and
modules (in fact, they compile to the exact same
size), but when I try to start the new version
it dies with a "Could not bind to address" error.
It is running on a server with multiple VIFs.

1.2b1 with the same compile and configuration
starts and runs fine.
