   Hi! I’d like to work on this issue as my first contribution to Apache Lucene.
   
   I’ve read through the issue and understand that the goal is to remove `IOException` from `Weight.scorerSupplier()` and update the implementations/Javadocs accordingly.
   
   Would it be okay if I take this issue and work on it?
