Newbie to James
Hello list.
I am a first time user of James. I have downloaded the latest binary,
james-binary-2.3.1.zip.
The binary jars are applicable to any operating systems, correct?

yes (JAMES is pure java)
BTW the server-user list is better for this kind of question. see
