fox:outline

I have 2 queries regarding PDF bookmarks/outlines. 

1) Is it possible to set the size of the bookmarks window when it opens?
2) Is it possible to hide the bookmarks on open of the PDF?

That may be possible, but not directly with FOP. If it's possible 
you'll have to use a post-processor like iText to add that 
functionality.

Again, iText may be necessary for this. I know it's a setting in 
Acrobat, but it may be possible in the PDF file as well.
