+The Directory project will adjust the structure of its projects
+after a first release in order to make it easier to build and
+understand how the different projects relate.  A note in a text
+file labled "ABOUT.txt" will provide additional information on
+migration notes, or what will currently be in each directory.
+The proposed design will allow the complete system to be built
+with layers of tools/APIs.  The proposed structure is:
