I downloaded apache-lenya-1.2.3-bin.tar.gz. But, in Japanese environment, i18ned
messages are displayed as garbage. So, I think Japanese user cannot use lenya..
I checked lenya/src/webapp/lenya/resources/i18n/cmsui_ja.xml file, but it seems
to be broken.
