   I've seen a blatant example of this with bst2. This may be a special case since the gnome artifact cache doesn't support bst2, but I think this is the same underlying problem.

   So in this example, bst starts by fetching the sources for gnome components, even though the right thing to do is to start pulling freedesktop-sdk stuff (especially bootstrap-import.bst) so that building can start as soon as sources for one element is fetched.
