Test Build for File System Repository Users

There is a test build temporarily located at
http://cvs.apache.org/~noel/downloads/ (it may be in the Nightly Build
directory when it can be moved).  Do not bookmark this directory.  It WILL
go away.

This is a TEST BUILD that is intended to fix the problem with file system
repositories being renumbered between runs of James.  Do NOT use this test
build for any mission critical work.  It is strictly a test build for those
people who are experiencing the problem, and wish to help us verify that it
has been fixed.

Not anymore.  It has been moved to
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-james/nightly/.
