RCVD_IN_IADB_OPTIN
I got spam from constantcontact, claiming that I had signed up for itb
* -1.5 RCVD_IN_IADB_OPTIN RBL: IADB: All mailing list mail is opt-in
In trying to figure out what's wrong, searching lead me to:
http://www.isipp.com/iadb.php
which was a sales pitch for 'deliverability' services, and has no
prominent way to report abuse.
( original spam available at http://www.lexort.com/spam/ )
In addition, I could find no wiki page about this rule.
I think that SA should adopt, as a core policy, that negative points
should not be assigned based on a pay-to-play whitelist unless the
whitelist maintains adequate, obvious, advertised, public reporting
channels and that it is the near-universal experience of SA users that
complaints are addressed in an adequate and timely manner.

Agreed. See bug
https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6344, and please
update it with your more-inclusive list.

i went round and round with iadb a couple of years ago.. gave up.
However.. SA scores are (supposed to be) based on nightly runs, and -1.5
isn't all that big a credit.
I do, however, think all the 'pay to play' scores should have
noautolearn flags set on this.
Its bad enough to get this drek in (once), but to have it continue to
come in because the -1.5 points suddenly puts this into the auto learn,
baysian, and AWL table.s
ps, there are worse scores, some with -5 points. check them out
youself, and adjust in your local.cf: ymmf
