   CI is red only because of the release-config check: every directory under `examples/` has to be listed in `pyproject.toml` so flit knows whether it ships in the sdist. Add `"examples/orcarouter-agent/**",` to the `[tool.flit.sdist] exclude` list (alphabetical, next to `openai-compatible-agent`) and mirror it in `tests/test_release_config.py` if that file enumerates examples. Then this is good to go; Jernej already approved the content.
