Hmm... Warren haven't commit for a very long time. Maybe he's buried
with works. :p
I'm sorry that it might not be the case with zh_tw translation.
Currently only I am updating it.

I've updated zh_tw.po. Hope it now follows all the requirements in

zh_tw.po passes 'msgfmt --check-format' now. Hope it's ok now.

Well, there is currently one problem which prevents it from getting into the
tree; I just downloaded the latest version from your repository and it does
not pass the msgfmt --check-format test part of GNU msgfmt. Could you fix
that please?
