PredictionIO already supports key-based authentication for accessing the {{/events.json}} API, but is missing any type of auth for the {{/queries.json}} API and {{/}} status page.

Comprehensive authentication would simplify deployment to cloud platforms by eliminating the current requirement to deploy on a private network in order to prevent public access.

As a first step, adding key-based auth to the Engine APIs that matches the Eventserver API {{accessKey}} behavior would be a huge step forward.
