Shouldn't the User's property file be read AFTER the default build, that way
the default properties can be overridden there?

Thanks,
Steve

In Ant as soon as a property is declared it cannot be overriden (apart
if you use ant-contrib). So if the user put his custom properties (like
the install folder...) in the user property file and the build file read
his properties before reading the default this will be the properties of
the user which will take precedence. Is this the behavior you want?
