There are only messages about which service URLs could not be resolved, and unless DEBUG level is enabled, even that much is not clear. A CLEAR message should be logged at the ERROR level to indicate that the service configurations could not be accessed; it's an ERROR because discovery will only be attempted if discovery details are configured.
