[users@httpd] HTTP Encode and decode

Hi,

I want to use the HTTP stack to encode and decode my information as HTTP messages. I require features like encoding, decoding, authentication and basic logging.

Kindly help on what all(minimal) modules should be taken from the entire code and built.
