Release 3.10.0?
Hi,
I can see we have some security fix and new staged features on the
master branch, and I'd try to prepare a release candidate.
What do you think? Is there any release manual I can refer to?

I would really like to get https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/pull/2224
included in whatever the next release is. It has one approval, but has not
been merged by a committer yet.

I think doing a release is a good idea, but I'm not sure if a new minor is
required? What's new vs bug fixes?
I believe the most recent instructions are here:

If we do do a minor please consider how to sunset the older (3.8) release
line.

Hi tison,
A new minor release has large impact on our releases. Check our
Releases page: https://zookeeper.apache.org/releases.html
"Once a new minor version is released, the stable version is expected
to be decommissioned soon and in approximately half a year will be
announced as End-of-Life."
ZooKeeper 3.7 is EoL since 2nd of February, 2024
Would you please elaborate a bit on what are these new staged features?
