russian translation update
I've udated russian translation for 1.2.x with missed entries appeared
in cmsui.xml and cmsui_de.xml
But the Bug#34798 with previous russian translation from Anton Kovalenko
is marked closed and is against 1.4, but there's no 1.2.x version tag.
im not sure if i can attach it there or where then ?

don't worry, committers do evaluate every patch and apply it to both
branches, if possible, which is no problem at all for translations. it
would be a waste to have the same bug twice.
