[ANNOUNCE] Commons Build Plugin 1.4

The Apache Commons team is pleased to announce the release of the Commons
Build Plugin 1.4.

The Commons Build Plugin is a Maven 2.x Ant Plugin used by Apache Commons
builds.

Version 1.4:

1. Fixes the announce mod_mbox link
2. Makes clear on the mailing list page that you have to be subscribed to
post.
3. Adds support for a "commons.release.3" set of properties to offer a 3rd
download option (COMMONSSITE-66)

Source and jar distributions are available for download from Maven
repositories with:

  <groupId>org.apache.commons</groupId>
  <artifactId>commons-build-plugin</artifactId>
  <version>1.4</version>
</plugin>
