[PR] CAMEL-23249: preserve Response headers during stream cache conversion [camel]

## Summary

- Fix CXF RS consumer losing `Content-Type` (and other response headers) when stream caching converts a JAX-RS `Response` to `StreamCache`
- `CxfConverter.toStreamCache()` now preserves `Content-Type` via `Response.getMediaType()` and other headers via the `PROTOCOL_HEADERS` map before the `Response` is consumed
- `DefaultCxfRsBinding.populateViaResponse()` no longer skips Content-Type when CXF has pre-set a default `*/*` value
Regression introduced in CAMEL-22414, not addressed by follow-ups CAMEL-22754 / CAMEL-22823.

## Test plan
- [x] New `CxfRsStreamCacheContentTypeTest` with two tests: Content-Type and custom header preservation
- [x] Existing stream cache tests pass (`CxfRsConvertBodyToTest`, `CxfRsStreamCacheTest`, `CxfRsProducerStreamCacheTest`)
- [x] Verified against the external reproducer project with Camel 4.18.1 (fails) and 4.19.0-SNAPSHOT (passes)
