[jira] [Commented] (FINERACT-1227) Client Java API for binary document files and images are generated wrong

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1227?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17266779#comment-17266779 ]

Michael Vorburger commented on FINERACT-1227:
---------------------------------------------

org.apache.fineract.client.services.FormDataBodyPart is another one of those weird classes, in addition to those listed above.

It looks like openapi.generator itself made some changes in their last version - FormDataBodyPart and FormDataContentDisposition these are no longer generated in org.apache.fineract.client.models when upgrading 'org.openapi.generator' from version '4.3.1' to version '5.0.0'. But some of the (also code generated!) interfaces in org.apache.fineract.client.services still try to import them! I'm guessing our (also generated, from annotations) Swagger metadata is somehow wrong?

FINERACT-1299 is blocked by this.

> The {{org.apache.fineract.client.services.DocumentsApi.downloadFile(String, Long, Long)}} (for {{_entityType_/_entityId_/documents/_documentId_/attachment}}) returns {{Call<Void>}}.. it's missing the binary downloaded file?
> Must be something wrong in the Swagger annotations.
