Last major structural change has been merged into Pekko core

The last major structural change to Pekko (
https://github.com/apache/incubator-pekko/pull/71) has just been merged,
contributing to Pekko now is the best time as you don't need to worry about
potential future conflicts!

If you already have Pekko checked out locally, due to sbt's behaviour of
creating empty folders if a project doesn't exist you may need to delete
folders that are prefixed with akka- (they should only contain target
folder).
