TraxTransformer generateKey

Hi,

TraxTransformer uses the parameters that are passed to the style sheet to
generate the key.
The parameters are retrieved from an entry set. A set iterator does not
guarentee the order of the elements AFAIK, thus the generated key may differ
between requests.
