Archives are being flaky

The list archive at http://xml-archive.webweaving.org/xml-archive-xalan/
seems to be less than healthy.  Attempting to retrieve what it says is the
most recent post to this list reports that "the document contained no
data". (RE: Validating an XML document against a DTD Faraz Kohari (Tue Jul
18 2000 - 09:40:01 MEST) )

Just getting the index page is less that fully succesful; I get a "transfer
interrupted!" warning about halfway down.

Do the folks maintaining that server follow this discussion? If not, who
should I forward this gripe to?
