I did run all the JMAP ITs on the James side on my IDE (these changes are not related to TMail and no need TMail adoption)
## Before
memory: 3 min 50 sec
postgres: 12 min
## After
memory: 2 min 38 sec
postgres: 4 min 15 sec
I did not run distributed tests because it takes time, but the changes should logically be good and beneficial.

IMO it does even open the room to remove "smoke tests" for at least PG and always run those tests.
With a 4 minute budget the added value is nice.

There might be variability dependig on the VM running the tests...
I suggest doing local runs before / after in Tmail AND James repo to be sure we do not ship a regression.
