Thanks @iamabug for working on this. Can you post some rendered Chinese pages and test if the links work as expected.
For those pages that has not been created yet such as JavaApi.zh.md/S3.zh.md and shell/_index.zh.md, we need to have an empty page. Otherwise the doc build will fail.
