[announce] TightBlog 1.0 released

A fork of Apache Roller (but no longer Apache Roller), a streamlined 
Java-based blogging system.  Among other simplifications, uses 17 
database tables vs. the 33 in Roller 5.1 and 187 Java source files vs. 
the 493 in Roller.  A product to consider if you're looking for a new 
Java-based blogging system.
