The logging for a task execution failure was changed in this commit: [https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/commit/a7a518902dcf1e7fd4bf477cf57cee691f181b29#diff-54a57ccc2c8e73d12c812798bf79ccb2R2285]
It needs to be reverted back to the standard python string formatting.
