[m2] Is maven repository manager (MRM) ready to use ?

Hi there,

I was wondering if the Maven Repository Manager is available already.
I tried to find more info about it, but its link seemed to be broken 
(http://maven.apache.org/repository-manager/)
Any help will be appreciated !
