The lastest progress is that with the help of @arshadmohammad, we have suceessfully deployed the CI/CD environment and passed the tests.


Since this PR change a lot of code, we hope that more people can participate in the PR, to review the code or to deploy and test it.


The deploy guides and python3 support details and rpm packages can be found in the JIRA link.
