   Thank you for your patience. Exposing our current writer directly to Python would lead to numerous user-level problems. Therefore, we are diligently working on refactoring the `Writer` to enhance this feature.
   
   Personally, I anticipate completing the refactor in our upcoming v0.40 release and commencing work on the Python side in v0.41.
