[ANNOUNCE] New Apache Hive PMC member : Butao Zhang

Hi All,
It gives me immense pleasure to announce that the Apache Hive PMC has
voted to invite Butao Zhang to join the PMC, and I am happy to share
that he has accepted.

This is in recognition of his ongoing contributions to the project.

I am truly thrilled to receive recognition from the Apache Hive community and to become a member of the Hive PMC. I would like to express my gratitude to the community members I have never met in person for their help, which has taught me how to consistently contribute to the community and how to participate in development discussions.

Being a PMC member is not only an honor, but also means I need to take on greater responsibility for the development of the Hive community. I look forward to making progress together with community members in the days ahead and working jointly to promote the healthy development of the Hive community.

Once again, thank you to the Apache Hive community for this recognition!!!
