[m1] [info] Build/Deploy web sites for plugins

Hi All,

  I simplified the POMs in M1 plugins, moving all informations about
their storing information (Bundled with core, sandbox) in the
plugins-parent project.
  It makes easier the move of plugins between this two areas.
  The problem is that, due to a bug in Jelly, you can't use maven
1.0.X to build/deploy the web sites for the plugins. Maven 1.1 ise
required. You'll find a recent SNAPSHOT here :
