Re: [VOTE] Release uimaFIT 2.0.0 rc2 - release notes or augmented readme in the binary distribution

Some information normally present in a binary packaging is missing - things
normally present in release notes.  These include a link to the issues-fixed
list (which is also missing in the binary distribution), as well as a high level
summary of the release (e.g., what's new, etc.).
