[VOTE][LAZY] Release turbine-parent-assembly based on staged repository v
1.0.2
Hi folks,
I cite Thomas, who said in a previous call for voting on this kind of
release artifact:
"I'm calling for a lazy vote here as this is just a build-support
artifact. So if no one objects within 72 hours, I consider this vote
passed.
This release contains an update to the apache parent pom (v.23) and
updates to the latest assembly xsd version in descriptor files (v2.1.0).
It is still in svn, but we should migrate it to git before the next
release.

Hi Turbine Devs,
I finally complete the voting process.
As Thomas pointed out it should be done as a normal release voting and
remove the LAZY tag. I remembered the discussion we had. Thanks!
The votes casted were:
Georg Kallidis +1
Thomas Vandahl +1
Jeffery Painter +1
As a result with three binding votes we hit the required quorum.
I conclude with the next steps in releasing the candidate. Upcoming next
is the release vote for turbine-parent itself..
