post-commit emails fail when I commit a whole directory

Hi,

I set-up the post-commit hook in order to send e-mails after a commit,
using the commit-email.pl Perl script with SVN 1.4.2.

It works fine when I commit a single file, but I noticed that I don't
get emails when I commit a whole directory (multiple files changed).

Is it a known bug or I have to set-up something more?

Thanks a lot for your help!

   Ric.

I'm sorry I disturbed you. We found the problem.
We have a size limit on our svn mailing list "diff" mails were refused
when too big.

Have a nice day!!
