    Fix ESLint config to use .mjs extension
    
    Rename eslint.config.js to eslint.config.mjs to fix 'Cannot use import statement outside a module' error. The .mjs extension explicitly marks the file as an ES module, allowing the use of import/export syntax without requiring 'type: module' in package.json.
    
    Fixes GitHub Actions failure in hamilton-ui-frontend workflow.
