[jira] Closed: (GERONIMO-1312) app client builder uses config-store in a way inconsistent with the packaging plugin

David Jencks closed GERONIMO-1312:
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed by making the MavenConfigStore able to install configurations. This area should be revisited when we have more time.
I also included an experimental class for an offline deployer due to lack of time.

> the app client builder calls install on the config-store it knows about. However, the config store the packaging plugin uses is read-only. Thus it is currently impossible to deploy an app client using the packagin plugin. This is a problem for e.g. daytrader.
