[jira] [Resolved] (PHOENIX-4868) Create a column attribute IS_EXCLUDED to denote a dropped derived column and remove LinkType.EXCLUDED_COLUMN

Geoffrey Jacoby resolved PHOENIX-4868.
--------------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: (was: 4.17.0)
                       (was: 5.2.0)
                       (was: 4.16.2)
       Resolution: Won't Do

This wasn't done as part of the splittable syscat project, which is pretty much complete at this point. If anyone wants to take this up, please feel free, but in the meantime, there doesn't seem to be any demand for it.
