How to do this

 Hi 
 
 I am using Tomcat 4 for deploying Webservices ( 
 developed in JAVA). I want to make the ssl enabled in 
 Tomcat. I followed the steps like creating client and  
 server keystore followed by creating the respective 
 certificates. Then I did the handshake also. Every 
 thing is done using the Keytool provided by JDK.
 
 I have the below issues:
 
 1. When i give https://localhost:8443/ i get a popup 
 asking for client Authentication. I am not getting my 
 client certificate there. Why? 
 
 2.  In a nutshell configuration SSL with Tomcat 4 is 
 not working proper.Can any body give a step by step 
 procedure. 
 
 NB: 
 Do I have to do 'Import' or Export the certificates 
 using the IE 
 Tools-InternetOptions-Content-Certificate...?
