### RocketMQ version
5.x
### JDK Version
jdk 1.8
### Describe the Bug
5.x集群主从同步双写配置副本数，一主一从同步副本数为2，在主节点宕机后，消费消息提交ack失败；在从节点宕机后，发送3秒超时，消费消息提交ack失败；
### Steps to Reproduce
1、5.x集群主从同步双写配置副本数，一主一从同步副本数为2
2、积压2W消息
3、启动消费者，关闭主节点或者从节点
4、只保留主节点发送消息
### What Did You Expect to See?
1、关闭主节点或者从节点时，可以从从节点继续消费且正常提交位移
2、关闭从节点时，像remoting客户端一样，可以探测到从节点下线，不影响发送
### What Did You See Instead?
1、关闭主节点或者从节点时，可以从从节点继续消费且正常提交位移
2、关闭从节点时，像remoting客户端一样，可以探测到从节点下线，不影响发送
