Digamma doesn't work particularly well with NaNs.

How to reproduce: call Gamma.digamma(Double.NaN)

Expected outcome: returns NaN or throws a meaningful exception

Real outcome: crashes with StackOverflowException, as digamma enters infinite recursion.
