[ANN] Dynamic Deployment lightning talk @ FOSDEM'09

I briefly wanted to announce that I'll be doing a lightning talk next  
week at FOSDEM '09 in Brussels, Belgium. The topic will be Dynamic  
Deployment with Apache Felix and I will explain how to use deployment  
admin and custom resource processors to deploy bundles and non-OSGi  
resources. If you're at FOSDEM, feel free to drop by or join me for a  
beer! :)
